Juan David García Bacca (1901-1995) Born in Pamplona, Spain, Garcia Bacca was a priest, philosopher, and professor. He translated all the works of Plato from Ancient Greek in five years for a total of eleven volumes. He won the National Prize for Literature in 1978 for his life's work.
